ITEM DESCRIPTION:  This is an interesting collage of 3 oil on wood paintings of the works of a family of Dutch artists named van Lokhorst.  Dir van Lokhorst, 1818-1893, was the father who painted the sheep in the field. One of his sons, Dirk Pieter van Lokhorst, 1848-?, painted the beautiful horse portrait. His other son, Johan Nicolaas ("Jan") van Lokhorst, 1837-?, painted the pigeons. Each is signed. All three are together in a very nice gold frame.  Please see all photos for details.
