This particular item is a set of 5 redeemable coupons from Southern Oil Stores, advertising the Dixie Vim Company. This company was founded in Jacksonville, Fl., in the late 1920s and had a network of stations as far west as Birmingham, Alabama and as far north as Richmond, Virginia. It became part of Charter Oil in the 1960s, which went under in the 1980s. These 2 1/2 point coupons are entitled "United Profit-Sharing Coupon", redeemable at 1/2 cent each (please see all photos for details).
