This is a great pair of American art pottery bowls made by Hassfeld, one of the many talented potters at the University of Georgia art museum, ca. 1960s. Both bowls were designed using soft beige, brown, blues and green. Each bowl has a large dark blue circle on the inside bottom. Each bowl has a slightly different design on the outside. One bowl is slightly taller than the other. Both bowls are signed by Hassfeld.

DIMENSIONS: Taller bowl: height--2 7/8" (7 cm);

                                           diameter--6 3/8" (16.3 cm)

                         Shorter bowl: height--2 3/8" (6 cm);

                                              diameter--6 3/8" (16.3 cm)

CONDITION: shorter bowl--excellent; no cracks, chips, scratches; taller bowl--very good; two small chips on rim.
