Here is a great watercolor of a gentleman, by M.S, Parker, Philadelphia, PA. Parker worked in Philadelphia from 1835-1846. This was reproduced in "Antiques Jan. 1939". It comes ready to hang in an oval frame. It still has original frame shop stickers. This is a great addition for art historians in that town. 

DIMENSIONS: frame height--13.5"; width--11.5"

                       art work height--9.5"; width--7 5/8"

CONDITION: good; age-related wear of the frame in a few places (see photos).
